The Residence

Set into the granite of Clifton's upper slopes, Cliffside Residence is a study in restraint — board-formed concrete, honed stone and glass arranged around one uninterrupted view of the Atlantic.

Three living levels step down the site, each opening onto sheltered terraces. The main pavilion holds the kitchen, dining and lounge as a single volume, with sliding glass that disappears entirely into the walls.
